The products made at "La Bottega Gastronomica Gusto e Tradizione" traditional food workshop, such as first courses, savory pies, erbazzone and other specially-made creations, source from the historical heritage of Emilian (from Emilia region) and Reggiana (from Reggio nell'Emilia) cuisine. The gastronomic tradition of First Courses, such as stuffed egg pasta and baked pasta, represents its main point of reference.
